The first step if you are experiencing any problems with your vision in your new glasses is to check you have entered your prescription correctly. Double check you have all the + and - symbols correct, mis-entry of these is the most common error.
When contacting us, please provide your order number and a description of the problem experienced.
We will also require a copy of your prescription (fax, scan or post) and details of how you obtained your Pupillary Distance - PD measurement in order for us to deal with any problems swiftly.
