We process our orders very quickly, usually on the same day. So although we’ll try to change your order we can’t guarantee that we’ll be able to in every case.
We keep all of our budget frames in stock, so we make them up very quickly after we receive your order. You can change your order before it has been processed, usually up to 1 hour after submitting your order. However, changing the lenses, prescription or frame on an order after production will result in a charge.
