If you get a message that tells you, we need more information from you, or if you think the message is incorrect, please contact us using the contact form.

Orders can be on hold for the following reasons:

Frame out of stock
Frame no longer available
Question about prescription
Pupillary distance to be confirmed
Awaiting frames for reglazing
Awaiting payment

We only keep your order on hold until we get the information we need from you. Please let us know as soon as possible if you don’t want to send us a copy of your prescription, or if you know your PD (pupillary distance) and decide not to send us a pair of old glasses for a PD check. This will stop any further delays with your order.
