Tracking a parcel

Once your order has been sent we’ll send you a shipping notice. If you’ve chosen a delivery method that comes with tracking, your shipping notice will give you your tracking number. If you’ve chosen our free super saver or standard shipping, you won’t receive a tracking number.

Special Delivery and AirSure Delivery options are sent with a tracking number. These can be tracked online using the following links:  

DPD Tracking


You can track a DPD order online. You have the option to change the delivery address once your order has dispatched.
If you provide your mobile number with your order, DPD will send you text updates about the location of your parcel once it’s out for delivery.
