Returning an item

There are various options to choose from when you return an order, based on what you’re returning and the reason why. To return an order, all you have to do is:
  • Contact us, and click the department Return & Refunds
  • Select the reason for your return from the topic list
  • Enter your order number
  • Describe the reason you wish to return your item (please give as much information as possible to help us create your return)
If you’ve ordered a prescription item, please submit a copy of your prescription with your email
If your item is faulty please take a picture and send this to us in your email
If you wish to return an item for exchange or replacement please tell us what item you’d like to swap it with.
 

What happens next?


After we receive your return request, we’ll investigate it along with the information you’ve given us. Then we’ll ask for further information if we need it, and guide you through your options.

In most cases, we’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorisation form (RMA). Please print and complete this RMA form. Then put the return authorisation inside of your package and attach the label to the outside. After this, send your item back to us via a normal postal service.
