Our returns policy

We want you to be happy with your order, so we offer returns for any item within 30 days of receipt of delivery. The following page gives you some more information about our returns policy:

Return & Refund Policy

  • You should let us know within 30 days of receipt if you want to return an item.
  • The returned items need to reach us within 7 days of receiving our return form.
  • Please include the returns authorisation form with your returns package
  • Returns must be in their original condition and with all accessories (e.g. cases, cloths and original/demo lenses) included in the package.
  • We will replace the frames and lenses or offer a full refund.
  • If the glasses aren’t quite what you wanted, we’ll either a) offer a one off exchange b) provide a refund. See Exchange policy.

Returned items will usually be processed by our returns department within 3 days of receipt.
